You'll use your previous retail management experience to help coach our retail consultants to success, making sure they're driven and energised to reach and exceed store targets. This is a pivotal role and one which will help you also grow professionally.What you'll doOversee the induction of your new team membersCoach the store's team to meet (and exceed) store targets, through utilising your performance coaching prowessHelp support your team with customer query escalationsBe the Store Manager's right-hand person, stepping up to act as Store Manager when neededExecuting business initiatives in store to meet financial and customer key metrics.Act as team cheer leader - leading from the front and helping to motivate the team, and foster an awesome store cultureOrganise the store floor and team's work schedules, to meet customer demandAbout youYou have previous experience in a retail leadership / assistant management roleYou're able to energise and drive a retail team to exceed sales targets and KPIs with demonstrated successYou lead from the front and are able to influence and build rapport with a diverse and varied teamYou're able to resolve customer issues with your eyes closed and can put a creative spin on problem solvingYou're an excellent communicator who can help support the Store Manager in taking team members through changeWhat's next?After you've submitted your application, the next step is a video assessment supported by our partner, Hirevue.
