Top Tier Commercial Real Estate Agency seeks an experienced Property professional for a busy support role to their Retail Department
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic property professional to step into an Assistant Property Management position and be led by the best in the business.This innovative and inspiring team oversee a busy portfolio of retail properties and require additional support to ensure a high-quality service to their landlords and tenants. With progression opportunities to eventually manage your own retail portfolio, they are looking for an efficient, confident and robust candidate to join their ranks.
Ideally, you will come with some experience supporting the smooth running of a commercial portfolio, however can also be an experienced Residential Property Manager. Your duties will include: Leasing administration, maintenance coordination, invoicing and financial support around arrears and any other basic administration.
To be successful in this role you must have:
- Previous experience in an administrative capacity within the property industry be it commercial, residential, facilities, valuations or similar.
- Exceptional customer service skills
- A strong work ethic
- Be highly organised and efficient
- A good grasp of numbers and strong attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and a confident manner
- A current real estate registration - desirable
