Medical Receptionist

The Role:

• Greet patients, schedule appointments, and answer phones with a smile
• Assist patients with insurance and billing
• Maintain a clean and organised reception area
• Work effectively with doctors and other staff

We're looking for someone who:

• Is a team player with a positive attitude
• Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Can prioritise tasks and manage multiple demands efficiently
• Is proficient in computers (Word, Excel) and has a strong attention to detail

Bonus points if you have:

• Experience in BestPractice Software
• Knowledge of medical terminology or healthcare systems
