As the Assistant Sales Manager you will be assisting in the management of Sales Consultants. With a proven background in Automotive Sales, this is your chance to further your career in the motor industry with one of Australia's largest and growing automotive dealership groups.
Responsibilities will include:
- Assisting the Sales Manager with day to day running of the business.
- Motivate a driven and dynamic sales team.
- Exceed volume and profitability targets.
- Be an effective leader.
- Ensure customer satisfaction is achieved on a daily basis.
- Quickly and effectively address customer concerns.
- Achieving weekly, monthly and annual performance goals, sales targets and KPIs.
- Assisting in the enforcement of our dealership processes.
- Distributing customer leads amongst the sales team.
- Develop and maintain good customer relations which lead to effective sales outcomes and high rates of long-term customer retention.
- Effectively guiding customers through the sales process from start to finish.
- Managing customer enquiries, follow-ups, and concerns.
Our ideal candidate will possess the following:
- Automotive sales experience is essential.
- Previous experience in a management role will be highly regarded.
- Be analytical with the ability to drive a business.
- The proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
- The ability to develop and implement short- and longer-term plans.
- Strong understanding of the importance of customer service.
- The ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Exceptional time management.
- A high degree of professionalism.
