We are currently seeking a dynamic and high-performing Assistant Manager/Sales Manager to join our team and drive our sales and operational success.
Role Overview:
As the Assistant Manager/Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our company, working alongside our operations and sales manager to ensure seamless sales processes and exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for managing sales activities, following up on leads, and closing deals. Your ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, coupled with your persuasive sales skills and Air Conditioning (or relevant solar industry) experience, will be key to your success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Management: Drive sales performance by managing leads, conducting follow-ups, and closing deals.
Customer Interaction: Provide excellent customer service, maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor on the phone.
Lead Follow-Up: Ensure timely follow-up on all sales leads to maximize conversion rates.
Collaboration: Work closely with the operations and sales manager to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
Organization: Maintain a high level of organization to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
Reporting: Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
Training: Mentor and train junior sales staff, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
Sales Experience: Proven track record in sales, preferably in the Air Conditioning or solar industry.
Persuasive Skills: Strong ability to persuade and influence potential clients.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a friendly and professional phone manner.
Organizational Skills: Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Industry Knowledge: Experience in the Air Conditioning industry is a must; candidates with relevant experience in the solar industry will also be considered.
Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute to a positive team environment.
Goal-Oriented: Driven by achieving targets and motivated by bonuses and incentives.

Salary: $100,000 per year
Bonuses: Performance-based bonuses
