About you
You will be:
- a great communicator
- someone who often gets great sales results
- effectively manage front-end daily store operations ensuring counter operations run smoothly at all times
- get involved in selling and managing in-store claims
- has experience mentoring, supporting or managing a small team of 5-10 staff
- passionate about the outdoors and the outdoor lifestyle
- be available to work Friday to Tuesday

The role
You will be responsible for:
- leading the team to meet and exceed KPIs
- manage rosters and attendance of staff
- managing day to day operations
- handle in-store warranty, claims and escalations
- modelling great customer service and leading from the front
