Pure Indulgence is looking for a dynamic and experienced beauty therapist to join our team at our Robina salon as the Assistant Manager and Salon Trainer. This is a challenging and exciting full time role based on 38 hours per week on a maternity leave contract.

As an Assistant Manager, you will work closely with the Salon Manager mentoring a team of 15 therapists. You will be responsible for the smooth running of the day-to-day operations and training implementation of the salon. Applicants must have a strong beauty therapy background with extensive skin knowledge, and outstanding treatment and client care standards.
Qualities we hold in high regard:
- Experience in a management level role
- Diploma of Beauty Therapy
- Experience in training or Training and Assessment Certificate
- Impeccable presentation and grooming
- Experience working with Shortcuts POS system
- Strong retail background - Dermalogica product knowledge
