AddressNorthpoint Toyota Prospect are on the lookout for a driven Assistant Service Manager!
This is a hands-on role in our service department - you'll be responsible for assisting with the overall productivity of the team to ensure that all work is completed to the high standards that we aim for.
Our ideal candidate will have extensive experience in an automotive service environment, be customer focused and possess a strong sense of integrity. They must be self-motivated, with great communication and leadership skills. This role will provide an opportunity to lead, inspire and mentor the customer facing team while working closely with the Service Manager and the Workshop team. A focus on continual improvement in both customer service levels and dealership profitability and commitment to excellence are pivotal to this role.

Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for assisting the Service Manager by ensuring service department operates in the most productive and efficient manner.
- Emphasising the importance of safety and always promoting a positive attitude with our customer relationships.
- At all times fostering a professional and efficient delivery of service that will meet or exceed our customer expectations.
- In the absence of the Service Manager, the Assistant Service Manager will cover the role of the Service Manager responsibilities.
Skills and experience
- Have a high-level knowledge of service department processes, policies and procedures
- Service Advising experience essential
- Demonstrate experience in Service Department KPIs
- Current Drivers Licence
