The Opportunity
Brisbane City Jaguar Land Rover are seeking an Assistant Service Manager in Newstead, who is ready to provide our business with their exceptional skills and talent to guide our business forward. In this crucial role, you will support our Service Manager in running a smooth, seamless and successful service operation, with a key focus on delivering our customers with an outstanding Modern-Luxury experience.

About You
- A passion for Customer Service and creating memorable Guest experiences
- Previous experience and demonstrated success in a similar role or wanting to take next step in career
- Demonstrate experience in Service Department KPIs.
- Demonstrate excellent customer service with well-developed communication skills both verbal and written.
- Have sound knowledge of service department processes, policies and procedures
- Automotive service experience would be an advantage to being successful in this role
- High-level time management skills
- Outstanding display of professionalism both externally and internally
- The ability to run a high performing service team and assistant the Service Manager with any adhoc tasks or reporting
