Our highly successful Keystar team located at Morayfield has an opportunity for a superstar Assistant Service Manager who is passionate about vehicles and providing exceptional customer service through understanding the needs of our customers and making a difference, to join the team!
The opportunity:
This integral role will support the Service Manager to drive and maximise productivity, efficiency, and profitability through providing quality workmanship and the highest levels of customer satisfaction. Your role will involve:
- Coordinating daily service bookings and ensuring that all Technicians are efficiently allocated
- Assist with implementing and driving strategies to improve site productivity, performance, and revenue growth in line with budget and site requirements
- Assist the Service Manager through regularly reviewing external service providers costs, workmanship and quality of work leaving the service centre
- Develop and maintain effective customer relationships including quoting and explaining completed service works
- Support a high-performance culture and assist with recruitment and employee appraisals to support the ongoing development of team members
To excel in this role, you will show:
- Previous experience and demonstrated success in a similar role
- Experience with leading a small team
- Highly developed customer service skills including ability to confidently resolve conflict
- Confident written and verbal communication
- Well organised and efficient with high attention to detail
- A high level of professionalism
- Current Driver's licence and clean driving record
