Job DescriptionAs an Assistant Site Manager, you will be responsible for assisting in the successful delivery of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will work closely with the Site Manager, subcontractors, and the internal team to coordinate and manage all aspects of the constructionprocess. Your strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and ability to effectively communicate will be crucial indriving project success.
Requirements
- Experience working for a Commercial Builder, either in a Leading Hand or Supervisor capacity would be highly desired
- Apartment build experience would be highly desired
- Proven track record of working on construction projects from start to finish, with a focus onquality, time, and budget.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with variousstakeholders.
- Knowledge of relevant construction regulations, codes, and safety standards.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Valid construction industry certifications and licenses.
