Our business is constantly evolving, and so is our team therefore we now have a rare opportunity for an Assistant Store Manager to become part of our can-do and passionate team at our Simpson VIC branch on a permanent full-time basis.
As an Assistant Store Manager, your primary duties will include...
- Provide support to the Store Manager in relation to people management activities including recruitment and on boarding, mentoring and training and resourcing to ensure store is operating efficiently.
- Providing a high level of sales support and assisting with customer service and enquiries
- Assisting with opening and closing of the store including balancing of registers and banking
- Unloading and loading of incoming and outgoing stock whilst maintaining a safe and tidy workplace
- Management of inventory including receipting of goods in and regular stock checks, customer credit control and assisting with adherence to compliance policies
