- Manage and support emails and diary
- Book accurate flight and hotel arrangements in a timely, cost-effective manner for interstate and international travel bookings
- Manage all the executive level administrative tasks including scheduling meetings and video/teleconference calls
- Manage and maintain teams LinkedIn profiles
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Prepare and submit expense statements and the reconciliation of charges and receipts in a timely manner
- Assist with event management duties including organising national & client events
- Prepare presentations, create agendas and take meeting minutes
- Ad hoc administration duties as required.
- Minimum of five years high level administrative experience.
- Previous experience in a similar role is essential
- Ability to work with little supervision and achieve superior results
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organisational skills with ability to multi-task and prioritize to meet short deadlines
- High standard of computer proficiency (advanced Microsoft Office Suite including Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
