We are looking for an experienced and customer focused leader to manage our beautiful David Jones Bourke St Concession. Key Responsibilities and Duties:
- As a Bianca Spender Store Manager, you will be an ambassador and leader of the brand.
- You will lead, inspire, and coach team through a hands-on approach.
- You will build client relationships through continuous connection and treat every client like a VIP client.
- You will have experience with appointment setting and styling.
- You will identify key business opportunities to enhance the performance of the store, team, and client service.
- You will be responsible for the daily operations of the business and strive to achieve targets.
- You will be familiar with Visual Merchandising and meeting store presentation standards.:
SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 5 years store management experience in a clothing retail environment.
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients and build a portfolio of regular VIP’s.
- Experience with managing a team and training.
- Self-motivated, driven, and passionate about the brand.
