Location: Melbourne, VIC - Chirnside Park, Brandon Park, Keilor, Deer Park, and Mill Park stores.

Our Client is one of Australia's leading retail hearing health providers. In this role, you will have the opportunity to change lives by supporting customers and their families living with a hearing loss.
Key Objectives
- Drive lead generation daily by talking to potential customers at our Chirnside Park, Brandon Park, Keilor, Deer Park and Mill Park stores
- Coach your team to generate leads and interact daily with customers
- Support the store Clinician (Audiologist) by scheduling and following up appointments for potential customers
- Complete the day-to-day operations of the store
- Meet daily and monthly sales targets
- An outgoing and motivated personality where you are comfortable engaging with potential customers on a daily basis
- Previous experience meeting and exceeding business targets
- A passion for face-to-face customer conversations and engagement
- Availability to work retail hours on a rotating roster
- Basic computer literacy
