We are seeking an experienced Administration Officer to join the Royal Melbourne Hospital. The RMH Security and Safety department are tasked with securing the premises and ensuring the safety of all staff, patients and visitors on site.
Your day in this role will be unique and varied:
- Providing friendly and efficient customer service
- Reporting to the Director of Security and Safety.
- Providing Administration Support to the security management team
- Producing/coding staff ID badges
- Support the management of patient valuables and lost property
- Assist in the management of multiple shared email inboxes
About you
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently
- High level of efficiency and strong time management skills
- High Level of computer literacy skills (using Microsoft Office Suite)
- Knowledge of access control systems, specifically Integriti.
- Previous experience in a hospital setting would be an advantage
