The Mission
As an Assistant Store Manager at Ferragamo, you will:
- Ensure solid knowledge of the field and conduction of relevant training of self and staff in order to effectively assist customers and proudly represent the brand
- Oversee the operational performance of your store and report directly to the Store Manager
- Ensure targets are achieved (all self, staff and store) through staff training, highest level of service and sale techniques
- Successful management of store and solid knowledge of Store and Company policies
- Encourage clients in the discovery of Ferragamo heritage through stories and creating an atmosphere of passion and enthusiasm for the Ferragamo collections

About You
The ideal candidate will be someone who satisfies the following:
- Work experience as a manager in the retail/luxury environment
- A strong understanding of how to sell, how to drive sales and what it takes to close a sale
- Hold ability to motivate and drive increased sales performance
- A strong understanding of the needs of the luxury goods customer
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills, the ability to work across various levels and with differing personalities
- Highly organised, ability to priorities under a diverse range of tasks and to allocate time efficiently
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
