Coach is seeking an experienced and passionate Manager or Supervisor to lead a dedicated team, drive sales and provide exceptional customer service.

The Role:
You will bring your enthusiasm and passion to this Assistant Store Manager role, where you will be responsible for working alongside our Store Manager to inspire our amazing team to develop a client-centric mindset, build a collaborative and positive team culture, communicate our brand vision, drive store results and develop a strong customer base.
As an optimistic individual, with a can-do attitude, you will be required to display a strong sense of business acumen and be able to develop meaningful relationships through your outstanding interpersonal communication skills.
Skills and Experience Required:
Having at least 2 years previous experience in a Manager or Supervisor role in a fast paced retail environment. You will also need to have a strong sense of commercial awareness, great attention to detail and a good understanding of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook, and outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
