Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a management role within fashion or clothing retail.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team through collaboration and effective communication.
• Excellent customer service skills and comfortability with styling.
• Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets.
• Knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management and visual merchandising.
