The role & responsibilities: We are looking for a Full Time Sales Assistant who is eager to accelerate in their career to help oversee a passionate team at The Athlete's Foot Menai Store. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced leader who is keen to progress in their retail career. The right candidate will work closely with the Management Team on driving high performing and successful people, performance, and operations initiatives.

To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Demonstrated experience as a full time / senior casual sales assistant, key holder, supervisor or 3IC
- A motivated & driven ‘Make it Happen’ attitude
- A passion for leading & inspiring a team to succeed
- A proven track record in driving sales and meeting KPI’s and targets
- Operational excellence and experience with stock control and visual merchandising
