What you'll be doingPromote, develop and monitor strategic change management programs and initiatives that will improve the level and quality health services delivery in Far West LHD within the
Integrated Care portfolio.Work collaboratively with LHD managers and clinicians and other key stakeholders to facilitate the innovation of new programs and frameworks by undertaking a range of project research, analysis, reporting, implementation and administrative activities in development and delivery of projects, in line with strategic and business objectives.

How to applyTo be considered for this position, please ensure you address the selection criteria in the application as thoroughly as possible
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline and/or demonstrated relevant industry experience.
- Proven ability to provide executive support to a diverse range of project teams in a public sector environment.
- Demonstrated experience in project management and the implementation of complex projects, frameworks and/or initiatives, preferably within a health context.
- Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders including clinicians, health service managers and consumers, to represent and present on behalf of Far West LHD.
- Sound knowledge of the health system in NSW.
- Demonstrated ability to interpret complex information rapidly and accurately.
