Our Assistant Managers deliver on our mission to inspire and nurture cooking at home through genuine knowledgeable customer service and an incredible retail experience for every customer.
They support the Store Manager in maintaining quality standards across all aspects of store operations including stock management, visual merchandising, store presentation and delivering store budgets and weekly sales targets.
They are effective leaders and they partner with their team to build the skill and knowledge on the job, coordinate and delegate tasks, give feedback and inspire their people to hit targets and celebrate wins.

Hard work, organisation & attention to detail are second nature
You have a positive, can-do outlook & are a natural problem solver
You love to cook and know your way around the kitchen. Spice knowledge is a definite, but not essential, bonus!
You are a confident leader and inspiring leader
You are an excellent communicator and delegator
You are able to independently work to budgets, deadlines and targets on a weekly basis
You are able to remain calm under stress and can multi-task with swift efficiency
Previous retail leadership experience is ideal
