Assistant Store Manager (Parental Leave Cover) - Pandora Bankstown

We are looking for an experienced, motivated, and out-going senior sales associate or key holder who would be interested in taking the next step in their career into management as an Assistant Store Manager at our Pandora store located in Bankstown.

As the Assistant Store Manager, you will assist the Store Manager in driving sales and store-wide activities related to customer service, training team, merchandising, sales promotion and overall store operation and maintenance.

This is a Full Time Fixed term position as a Parental Leave Cover until the end of March 2025.

You will be;

• Able to achieve sales targets
• Self-motivated, positive and proactive
• Thorough and efficient, and operate well under pressure
• Articulate and well spoken
• A leader and possess leadership qualities
• Assisting the Store Manager
• Ensuring a safe and positive working environment for co-workers and customers

• Preferably have previous management experience
• Have been a key holder previously 
• Have previous senior sales experience in the retail industry
• Are extremely professional and impeccably presented
• Have a can-do attitude and are passionate about customer service and driving sales
• Have the ability to train and coach team members
• Are flexible and available to work on weekends and Thursday nights
• Are flexible to adapt to changes within the business
