About the Role
The role will have the right candidate step into a Lead Receptionist position alongside, managing a busyswitchboard whilst managing general reception and administrative duties including coordinating meeting room diaries, arranging couriers and other ad-hoc administrative tasks.
About you:
- Intermediate Receptionist, with 3+ years’ experience (in a legal or professional services firm)
- Excellent communication, organisational & time management skills; and
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, balance workload and prioritise effectively.
