About the Role We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Assistant Store Manager to join the team at our Sheridan Surry Hills Outlet.Lead and inspire your team to achieve budgets, KPIs and profit targetsMaintain store operations including stock management and VM, including high volumes of stockDrive a high performing team, that are committed to providing exceptional customer serviceAbility to coach a team to achieve goals, sales and KPIs through strong product knowledge and a passion for sellingPrevious experience in people management within a high volume retailer is ideal *This is a part-time role, working an average of 36.5 hours per week, 5 days per week Our CultureSheridan is proud to partner with organisations like Red Nose & SleepSafe that are dedicated to providing safe sleep for everyone.
