Woden Assistant Manager – Full Time 38hours per week rotating weekends with Store Manager

Key Duties

• Customer Experience - As an Assistant Store Manager, you will coach the team to achieve exceptional customer service standards in partnership with the Store Manager and ensure the development of consumer loyalty and awareness to help build The Body Shop brand.
• Operations: Our Assistant Store Managers oversee the operations and commercial practices of the store, both front and back of house, whilst maintaining harmony and efficiency on the shop floor. They are to utilise our internal systems to be able to analyse performance and help manage the commercial side of the store.
• Performance: Our Assistant Store Managers must be able to help control and meet sales/performance targets. We’re looking for individuals with strong relationship skills who are confident with coordinating between customers, the team and the manager. 
• Expertise: Our Assistant Store Managers have to have full knowledge of the beauty market, our competitors and have passion and love for our products!
• People Management: Our people are at the heart of everything we do. Our Assistant Store Managers should be team players, able to assist the Store Manager and be quick to resolve issues. We’re are looking for flexible and responsible role models who are capable of attracting, retaining and growing people who reflect the brand.
