About the role
The Assistant Supervisor will play a key role in overseeing, directing, and leading employees and contractors at sites across our Rudall group while being supported by your operations supervisor.
In this role, you will support operations planning to ensure we safely and efficiently receive and store grain, while finding ways to improve.

Duties
- Effectively supervise, direct and lead employees and contractors, under the leadership of the operations supervisor.
- Support the operations supervisor with grain storage and handling functions, including staff and systems performance.
- Safety, food safety and quality documentation administration.
- Assist with operations planning to comply with safety, quality systems and efficiency targets.
- Responsible for ensuring the quality and quantity of grain stored at site
- Support the recruitment, selection, and induction processes at site.
About you
- Demonstrated leadership and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of grain storage and handling operations is desirable but not essential.
- Demonstrated commitment to safety
