De Grey Mining is currently seeking a talented Assistant to the Company Secretary to join us on a permanent full-time basis.
Reporting directly to the General Counsel and Company Secretary, this role offers an exciting opportunity to provide high-quality company secretarial and corporate governance support and guidance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft Board and Board Committee meeting standing papers, agendas, and action items
- Assist in developing and implementing Company Secretary processes and systems
- Manage the Companys board portal and provide support to Directors for access and usage
- Provide timely administrative support for the corporate calendar
- Develop and enhance the Company Secretary deliverables calendar
- Assist in coordinating logistics for Board and Board committee meetings
- Support in drafting ASX and ASIC forms and ensuring compliance
- Provide corporate governance advice and draft governance documents
- Maintain and update the Company website
- Assist in collating and verifying the Companys annual suite of reporting
- Perform other tasks as required by the business or directed by your manager.
Experience and Skills Required:
- Five years of experience in a corporate governance role or Assistant to a Company Secretary
- Proven experience working closely with Directors and Executives
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- High levels of self-motivation with the ability to drive yourself and others
- Experience working with regulatory bodies and stakeholders
- Possession of a Manual C Class Drivers License.
