The Role - Building Administrator
We are seeking an enthusiastic Building Administrator to join our clients team. This full time permanent high paced position will see you:- Support approx. 50 clients to provide positive and timely outcomes
- Provide clients with fortnightly updates
- Provide assistance to the Building Supervisors
- Manage the building variation process
- Liaise with Building Certifiers, supplier and trades for certification
- Liaise with financial institutions and valuers
- Prepare final settlement documentation
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Minimum 2 years experience in a residential building administration
- Excellent time management, attention to detail and organisational skills
- Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office
- Experience with Framework is essential
- Building Administrator experience
