We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to lead a high performing team. In this challenging and diverse role, you will be responsible for overseeing site-wide functions, events, residential catering, and student dining. This is a role for a focused and motivated manager who thrives on a challenge and enjoys motivating, mentoring and building an effective and professional team.
You:
- Must have previous experience working in premium hospitality establishments
- A masterful service delivery professional who always puts the customer first
- Experience in a comparable environment or within a multi-site catering environment
- Ability to encourage and lead others
- Ability to interact with and maintain strong client engagement
- Strong Administrative skills
