Form of workJoin the Quantum CM Solutions team in providing a welcoming and safe environment for our resident members in one of our exclusive residents clubs in Armstrong Creek. The club incorporates a gym, pool, tennis court, cafe, family room, meeting room, yoga studio, games room and private function room facility.
The casual position suits a proactive, energetic, diligent and friendly team member.
Ideally, you are available on some weekends, early mornings, evenings till close, and public holidays.
You will be required to ensure all operational, risk management and facility guidelines are complied with.
In your role, you will be required to undertake administrative duties, interact and assist club members, respond efficiently and effectively to any incidents and report accordingly. Your role may also require negotiation or conflict management skills.
Experience and knowledge of pool operations and pool water testing and, a Cert III/Cert IV - Personal Training accreditation and experience is a strong advantage.
Candidates are required to facilitate appropriate behaviour standards of residents and guests and communicate in a friendly & professional manner.
Current First Aid Certificate, CPR qualifications and Working with Children are required. Police Check may also be required.
