The Role:
As the Assistant Food and BeverageVenue Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the daily operations at Relish Grill & Bar, Pool Bar, and In-Room Dining. Working closely with the Food and BeverageVenue Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of service, ensuring guest satisfaction, and contributing to the overall success of our culinary offerings.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of Food and Beverage outlets, ensuring seamless service delivery and maintaining high cleanliness and quality standards.
- Manage and lead the Food and Beverage staff, , training, scheduling, and conducting regular performance reviews.
- Interact with guests to ensure a memorable dining experience, handling feedback and concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
- Collaborate with the Venue Manager in developing and implementing standard operating procedures and menu planning.
- Monitor financial aspects, assist in budget preparation, control costs, and analyse sales trends to maximise revenue.
- Work closely with the culinary team to ensure food quality and presentation align with the hotel's culinary standards.
- Implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction, loyalty, and contribute to the overall success of the hotel's culinary offerings.
About You:
- Previous experience in a supervisory or assistant management role within Food and Beverage operations.
- Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
- In-depth knowledge of Food and Beverage industry trends, menu planning, and service standards.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and basic accounting principles.
- Certification in hospitality management or a related field is a plus.
