East Freo's favorite Roof Top Bar Sweetwater is seeking an experienced Assistant Venue Manager to join its already-established team to assist in the daily operations alongside our Venue Manager. Our beautiful venue is best known for its sweeping views of Freo & its great Asian-Inspired seasonal menu.

Essential requirements:
Minimum two years experience in a similar management role
Experience working in a fast-paced environment
Extensive restaurant & bar experience
Capacity to work in a team environment while leading from the front
Experience in developing and executing operational procedures
Ability to train and develop staff to ensure a consistently amazing customer experience
Ensuring policies, procedures and standards are current, effective and communicated
Current RSA & Unrestricted Managers License
Experience using H&L, Ivy & Seven Rooms desirable
