The Role
As the Assistant Venue Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our operations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing the daily operations with meticulous attention to detail across our bistro, events rooms, Top Golf virtual swing suites, and mini-golf areas.
- Strategically working towards achieving wage percentage targets while efficiently managing operational costs.
- Implementing effective strategies to meet Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) targets and boost profitability.
- Collaborating in the recruitment, training, and supervision of our dedicated staff to ensure exceptional service delivery.
- Partnering with the maintenance team to maintain the highest standards of venue operations and presentation.
- Engaging with our guests to identify and seize every opportunity to enhance their experiences.
- Contributing to building a world-class team culture that seamlessly transitions into the upcoming Palm Valley Golf and Surf project.
- Ensuring compliance with gaming regulations and effectively driving gaming revenue through outstanding guest relations and hospitality.

The Club at Parkwood Village is a premier entertainment destination and the official home of the Gold Coast Titans.
Conveniently located in the heart of the Gold Coast, The Club offers guests and members a pristine par 71 golf course, seasonal dining, café, kids arcade, sports bar and gaming, event centre as well as the largest mini-golf course in Australia, and five state of the art Swing Suites powered by Topgolf.
