This role is an opportunity for you to establish yourself in a large office based in Ferntree Gully with the training to develop your skills and grow further within the industry. With 20+ staff, and support, you will be working with the best of the best.
We are looking for a Leasing Specialist who is looking to start their career or further progress in the Real Estate industry.
You will be operating under experienced Property Managers, working Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:30pm with occasional Saturdays (half days) approx 1 in 3 Saturdays.
JOB DUTIES:
- Work under a Property Manager, assisting them with the tasks allocated to you (training provided)
- Learn to do condition reports and inspections, compliance etc
- Handle emails and/or enquiries, owner enquiries, maintenance etc

WHATS ON OFFER:
- Salary of $55,000 - $60,000 + Super (With commissions available)
- Phone & laptop are provided, car park available
- Career progression into PM / Senior PM roles

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
- Agents Rep Certificate or Cert IV in Property (required)
- Property Management Experience (ideally) or real estate experience / knowledge
- Well presented and good admin and spoken skills
