Key responsibilities:
- Property inspections
- Lease renewals
- Attend to repairs and maintenance requests, obtain quotes for repairs, liaising with contractors, tenants and landlords
- Rent reviews and arrears
- Various administration duties
- Previous experience in Property Management - either residential or commercial
- Strong administration skills
- Professional presentation and strong communication skills
- MS Office suite proficient
- Experience dealing with contractors regarding repairs and maintenance
- Attention to detail!
- High level of initiative and time management skills
- Hands-on approach and “can do” attitude
- Property Management experience is essential
- Agents Rep cert/Cert IV in Property (Minimum)
- Driver’s license and own car to be able to conduct site visits
- Experience with real estate software
- A great team attitude, where you want to be a part of an awesome team and learn all things Commercial Property Management
