About the role:
This is such a great opportunity for those looking to transition in to the exciting world of Commercial Property Management.  This role will see you working with a team of commercial managers where you will gain exposure across all aspects of Property Management and be given the tools and support to achieve your goals including excellent on the job training.

Key responsibilities:

• Property inspections
• Lease renewals
• Attend to repairs and maintenance requests, obtain quotes for repairs, liaising with contractors, tenants and landlords
• Rent reviews and arrears
• Various administration duties

The successful applicant will have:

• Previous experience in Property Management - either residential or commercial
• Strong administration skills
• Professional presentation and strong communication skills
• MS Office suite proficient
• Experience dealing with contractors regarding repairs and maintenance
• Attention to detail!
• High level of initiative and time management skills
• Hands-on approach and “can do” attitude

Skills and experience:

• Property Management experience is essential
• Agents Rep cert/Cert IV in Property (Minimum)
• Driver’s license and own car to be able to conduct site visits
• Experience with real estate software 
• A great team attitude, where you want to be a part of an awesome team and learn all things Commercial Property Management
