This role provides an opportunity for either a newcomer to the industry, a financial planning graduate or an existing Associate/Client Services officer to provide exceptional support to our team of Advisors and to our clients.

About this role:
Hours are full-time from 8.30am – 5.00pm, Monday - Friday. Part-Time applications will be considered as well.
Flexible work arrangements considered, including a 9 day fortnight!
You will be attending client meetings with the Advisors and manage all ongoing communications.
You will assist with the preparation and implementation of strategies and advice including undertaking strategy research and ensuring the compliance of product recommendations.
You will assist with the preparation for Review Meetings and any follow up actions including the preparation of Records of Advice.
You will manage the flow of information between McGregor Wealth Management, clients and service providers. Including liaising with product providers to ensure advice is implemented.
You will prepare paraplanning requests and assist in advice delivery.
You will prepare and administer the tasks and paperwork required to implement advice.
You will record, model and manage client data within XPLAN. Including maintaining accurate client files and records that meet regulatory compliance requirements.
You will act as the primary communication conduit for fund managers, accountants and external organisations like Centrelink to ensure our clients achieve financial wellbeing.
You will complete other tasks as required by our Advisors and Management teams.
To be considered for the role you must:
Have a friendly, can do disposition that will contribute positively to the team environment.
Be proficient in Microsoft Office software particularly Word, Excel and Outlook.
Be well presented and have strong written and verbal communication skills.
Be able to work autonomously with good organisational, time management and administrative skills with a high attention to detail.
Have permanent residency in Australia.
