Due to their organic growth they are looking for an Associate Adviser to joint their team.

About the role:
Our client is experiencing substantial growth, doubling its client base year on year! The clientele comprises generally of younger professionals who are in the wealth accumulation stage of their financial journey.
Duties:
- Support a team of 3 financial advisers with new clients and spend time shadowing the Senior Financial Adviser.
- You will attend client meetings, with the intention of you running your own meetings within 12 months.
- Work mainly with investment, super, retirement planning, insurance, cash flow/budgeting advice and estate planning.
- Assist the Advisers with adhoc duties and tasks, including implementation and paraplanning assistance.
About you:
- Experienced Associate Adviser ready to take the next step; ideally started PY, or looking to start.
- You might be a CSO or Paraplanner but haven’t had the opportunity to progress because of lack of growth.
- Completed appropriate tertiary qualifications.
- Clear desire and evidence of being a high achiever 😊
