To succeed, you will have at least 2 years of experience within the Financial Planning arena. You will be responsible for the day-to-day running and management of clients, booking appointments, and investment and insurance reviews with other paraplanners, administration staff, and senior advisors. Being an experienced Associate Adviser, you will also be responsible for ensuring and implementing practices and procedures for the business and be able to provide advice to existing clients.
What we require:
- 2+ years of paraplanning experience
- Ability to build a relationship with existing and new clients
- Experience as a paraplanner / junior financial adviser
- Tertiary Qualifications and previous knowledge within the Financial Services Industry
- FASEA / ASIC compliant
- Motivated with a positive ‘can do’ attitude
- Strong team player
- Administration support for Advisers
- Experience with SOA preparation will be highly regarded
- Xplan experience preferable
- Advanced Microsoft knowledge including Excel
- High level of attention to detail and superior written and verbal communication skills
