Our client is an award winning financial planning practice with over 40 years of success under their belt. They are looking for a full-time Associate Adviser to join their successful financial planning team.

Their clients benefit from having the uncertainty removed from their future and being able to make informed decisions regarding their financial situation. They have access to a one-stop shop for all of their financial needs.
The Role
Duties your role will encompass includes:
- Preparation of accurate and compliant client reports
- Work collaboratively with multiple advisers and support team to manage workflow requirements in line with business and compliance standards
- Ensure all strategies are focused on the clients needs/objectives
- Be involved with internal training sessions and staff meetings
- Coach and mentor junior team members
- Other duties as required
About You
Within your current position at a Financial Planning organisation, you will have demonstrated high values, integrity and strong ethical behaviours. You will need to possess strong and articulate communication and be able to work within a team environment.
You will be client focused and enjoy working within a professional and supportive financial planning team.
To be considered for this role, you need to possess the following attributes:
- Strong technical and research skills with a broad knowledge base and thorough understanding of industry regulations.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- An ability to develop and build on key relationships with internal stakeholders
- Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously
- Flexible and professional attitude
- 3+ years experience in a similar role or have a background in either Paraplanning or Senior Client Service Manager roles
- Effective time management skills
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of products; and
- XPlan Financial Planning software is a must
