Associate Advisor - Newcastle Cbd

We are partnering with a highly reputable Financial Advice and Private Wealth Firm with a beautiful office based in Newcastle who are seeking an ambitious Associate Advisor to join the Private Wealth Team, providing support to high performing advisors.

This is a fast-paced environment where you will be an invaluable member of the team and have the opportunity to work alongside prestigious advisers with access to an excellent client base.
 
Key Responsibilities 

• Assisting advisors with the development and preparation of investment proposals and portfolio reports in a timely manner
• Nurture and build existing client relationships and provide excellent service and support
• Work with the administrative team regarding implementation and onboarding tasks
• Regular touch points with clients via phone, email and face to face

 
Skills and Experience

• 2-3 years experience from a paraplanning role
• Proven knowledge around financial advice compliance and regulations
• Proven interest in financial markets and/or investments
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
• Strong attention to detail and intermediate Excel skills
