We are seeking a passionate and caring Associate/Graduate Chiropractor to join our team at Tribe Chiropractic. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in the field and possess the following attributes:
- Ability to work independently and take initiative while always keeping the patient's well-being in mind.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to connect with patients on a personal level.
- Commitment to ongoing self-directed professional development to ensure the patients' highest standard of care.
- Team player mentality and ability to work closely with CA's to provide patients with a cohesive and supportive environment.
- Patient-centered approach and ability to take direction from principal chiropractors to ensure that all patients receive the personalized care they deserve.
- Role model for a healthy lifestyle, to inspire our patients to make positive changes in their own lives.
- A willingness to take responsibility for decisions and actions made in the clinic to ensure that patients receive the best possible care.
- Well-presented and professional demeanour to provide a welcoming and comfortable environment.
- Practice or be open to learning the Gonstead chiropractic method.
- Keen interest in working with families and children.
ABOUT YOU:
Required experience, skills and qualifications:
• At least 1 year of experience desired. (but willing to train a motivated graduate)
• Bachelor’s degree in applied science (in Chiropractic) Bachelor of Chiropractic.
• Master of Chiropractic.
• Current registration as a Chiropractor with AHPRA.
• Current First Aid and CPR Certificate. (or willing to obtain)
• Medicare provider number and professional indemnity Insurance.
• Observation, management, and collaborative skills as required to assess and adjust patients.
• Available minimum of 3-4 days per week, including Saturday, with the opportunity to expand to full-time work if desired.
• A current blue card is recommended. Remuneration will be based on the level of experience.
