We are looking for a talented Sales Engineer in Sydney/Australia to join an EXCELLENT growing APAC Sales Engineers team working with cutting-edge technologies.Main Responsibilities:
- Understanding the needs of potential customers from a technological standpoint.
- Analyzing the ability to meet the needs of potential customers based on products produced by the company and its business partners and putting together price quotes and solution descriptions.
- Presenting and selling the proposed technological solutions to the customer as part of the sales process with the assistance of the sales manager handling the deal.
- Attain quarterly and annual objectives assigned by management, respond effectively to RFPs, and travel to customers.
- Creating and retaining positive ongoing relationships with customers/partners.
- At least 4 years of experience in the telecommunications industry.
- Good understanding of the telecommunications industry, market, and product.
- Experience in designing carrier-grade communication networks from high-level network architecture.
- Work experience with one of the following vendors: Cisco, Nokia, Infinera, Ciena, ZTE, Huawei or system Integrator – Advantage
- Good verbal and written English proficiency
- Customer-facing experience
- Excellent presentation skills, presenting to all levels, including executives (CXO).
- Proficient in designing IP/MPLS solutions.
- Experienced with DWDM and ROADM solutions.
- Preferred certifications: CCDP / CCNP / CCIE or equivalent
- CCDP / CCNP / CCIE Certifications or equivalents
- Knowledge of DWDM and ROADM networks
- Work experience with one of the following vendors: Cisco, Nokia, Infinera, Ciena, ZTE, Huawei or system Integrator
