ABOUT THE POSITION.
Mentoring juniors, managing projects from start to finish and being responsible to growing the civil team to deliver on projects will be the cornerstone of a successful candidate. In addition to this, you will provide your expertise and experience where needed and be involved in the development and management of the consultancy.
DUTIES.
- Liaise with clients, relevant team members and stakeholders
- Site inspections
- Manage projects and the team to ensure project timelines are met
- Deliver Civil Engineering designs and calculations
- Mentor, train, and develop junior engineers
- Engage in business development
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.
- Proven local experience working on high rise residential projects
- Proficient with Music, Drains and Hec-Ras
- Bachelor Degree within Civil Engineering
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Proven ability to manage a team for project delivery
- High level of business development acumen (Desirable)
