The Associate Clinical Project Manager (ACPM) is the primary point of contact with the Sponsor of a study being conducted by Nucleus Network. The ACPM is responsible for managing all aspects of the study including timelines, quality, resources, sponsor expectations and budgets.
Key responsibilities
- Initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and closure of projects
- Timeline generation and assigning project related tasks
- Conduct studies in compliance with regulatory and ethical guidelines
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Ensure high levels of responsiveness to client queries
- Assist with financial reporting to track study progress in line with budget
- Able to identify and implement process improvements across departments
Requirements
- Tertiary qualification in related science or health care discipline
- Clinical research and project management experience highly desirable
- Knowledge of early stage drug development
- Excellent communication skills with a high attention to detail
- Exceptional time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Able to work independently and effectively in a team
