Associate Clinical Project Manager

The Associate Clinical Project Manager (ACPM) is the primary point of contact with the Sponsor of a study being conducted by Nucleus Network.  The ACPM is responsible for managing all aspects of the study including timelines, quality, resources, sponsor expectations and budgets.

Key responsibilities

• Initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and closure of projects
• Timeline generation and assigning project related tasks
• Conduct studies in compliance with regulatory and ethical guidelines
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Ensure high levels of responsiveness to client queries
• Assist with financial reporting to track study progress in line with budget
• Able to identify and implement process improvements across departments

Requirements

• Tertiary qualification in related science or health care discipline
• Clinical research and project management experience highly desirable
• Knowledge of early stage drug development
• Excellent communication skills with a high attention to detail
• Exceptional time management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Able to work independently and effectively in a team
