The Associate Director role is responsible for maintaining and developing trusted working relationships with banks, non-bank financiers, clients, and market professionals along with:
- Delivering new and existing clients with valued and timely financial solutions that meet client requirements, manage Benchmark’s portfolio of client loans, and deliver clients with value added ongoing loan support services.
- Support the Executive team with business development and client servicing requirements
- Manage the end-to-end fulfilment of transactions and business opportunities from mandate to settlement
- Apply high standards of financial analysis, financial modelling, work organisation and written communication skills to efficiently produce and deliver correspondence, information memoranda and funding submissions, that accurately and best present business opportunities and client requirements
- Analysis of economic value and risks associated with both existing and new business, and provide sound recommendations and solutions
- Lead, manage and coach direct reports to meet client deadlines, funding needs and support service requirements in an accurate and timely manner
- Maintain an understanding of current bank and non-bank financiers risk and return appetites, and industry and market trends and knowledge
Ideal candidate would have 3+ years banking experience in a Property / Corporate finance team.
