As the SAP Infrastructure Technical Architect within our PMO & Technical domain, you are at the centre of our efforts to architect the future of enterprise technology infrastructures.

Your Opportunity
Your mission is to serve as a beacon of expertise in shaping SAP architecture that drives our clients' organisational success. You will harness your deep industry knowledge and technical prowess to influence the effective integration and alignment of technology with strategic business goals, leading to transformative outcomes. 

This role is a national position, welcoming applicants from any city in Australia that hosts a KPMG office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Offer expert-level advice and perspectives on the SAP architecture landscape.
  • Present recommendations to refine and elevate system performance.
  • Enforce and advocate for enterprise-wide architectural standards and future-focused strategies.
  • Spearhead the lifecycle management of Technical Architecture, including analysis, design, construction, testing, deployment, and integration.
  • Craft comprehensive implementation plans that detail solutional approaches, project timelines, and resource requirements.
  • Chart strategic roadmaps for the deployment and utilisation of SAP applications and their integration with third-party systems.
  • Counsel on the integration of systems with SAP, ensuring a holistic technical strategy.
  • Remain conversant with SAP's strategic product roadmap, including the positioning of S/4 HANA and the exploration of supportive technologies.

Your Experience

  • Extensive knowledge in SAP S/4 HANA, SAP NetWeaver architecture, and associated SAP solutions.
  • Demonstrable leadership in SAP full lifecycle implementations and participation in substantial global initiatives.
  • Proven experience managing complex SAP ecosystems in support of primary business functionalities, aligning with SAP and industry best practises.
  • Acquaintance with SAP S/4 HANA Single Tenant Edition (On-Prem), SAP S/4 HANA Enterprise Cloud (Rise), and the Business Technology Platform (BTP).
  • Adept in translating current business processes into robust Technical Architectures and strategic solutions.
  • Valuable experience or knowledge in SAP Basis, ABAP, Fiori, Security, S/4 HANA system conversions, and/or cloud transitions is advantageous.

Qualifications
