About the role
The Associate Director Finance develop strong and trusted relationships within their assigned clinical programs, across multiple disciplines and portfolios, and act in partnership with finance and operational managers, as well as other stakeholders, to ensure sound financial management and governance. As a highly experienced professional, the Associate Director Finance works alongside business stakeholders, using specialised analytical and advanced financial skills to lead and influence decision making through strategic financial insights.
About you
To be successful in this role you will possess:

• Tertiary recognised Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Management or Health Administration.
• Eligibility for membership to the Australian Society of Certified Practising Accountants or Institute of Chartered Accountants.
• Appropriate experience in an accounting position.
• Demonstrated ability to provide effective financial and accounting services within a team environment.
• Highly developed written and interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to communicate effectively.
• Proficiency with Windows based applications, particularly spreadsheets
