About the role

In this role, you will be actively involved in end-to-end sales process from lead generation to pipeline management through deal execution. The candidate is expected to monetize existing relationships as well as develop new ones. To contribute to the achievement of the Markets business objectives by providing management and financial results for all facets of the FX sales business to meet current and future targets.
Responsibilities includes:
- Drive franchise revenue growth, working with Trading, Capital Markets and Research to identify and effectively cross-sell all our products.
- Work closely with Relationship Managers and Trading to ensure comprehensive understanding and management of the client portfolio inc. smooth onboarding and identifying opportunities with existing accounts.
- Pick up client requests for prices or Research, communicating prices to clients and dealing, attending client meetings / events.
- Drive sales initiatives in collaboration with country sales heads to support revenue growth and enhance efficiency.
- Build and promote collaborative and strong relationships with internal (Trading, Relationship Management, Research, other sales team and ANZ enablement teams such as Credit, Operations etc.) & external stakeholders.
- Meet all regulatory & compliance requirements within specified time parameters.

What will you bring?
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
- Strong Investor Sales background and extensive knowledge of the relevant markets. Existing Chinese/HK client portfolio required.
- Experience with working in a team across multiple geographies and time zones is required.
- Experience in dealing with internal and external clients and negotiating with clients and stakeholders at all seniority levels. Strong customer focus and ability to drive results.
- Technical knowledge in FX products (flow and non-flow).
- Extensive knowledge of regulatory framework and requirements in the countries ANZ Markets operates in.
- Demonstrate ANZ Values and Behaviours: Integrity, Collaboration, Accountability, Respect and Excellent.
