International Admissions and Compliance with exceptional leadership experience to drive a culture of innovation, collaboration and continuous improvement through the design, planning and implementation of business strategies relevant to
International Admissions and Compliance in the Australian Higher Education Sector and International Education landscape.The
Associate Director,
International Admissions and Compliance requires experience, understanding of current issues in the sector and a sophisticated knowledge base to lead the development of projects and initiatives aimed at improving compliance outcomes and
International Admissions services, systems and processes. A strong knowledge of compliance, policies and procedures, legislative changes and entry requirements are essential to allow you to evaluate the strategy, validate decisions and make adjustments as business needs change.You will work collaboratively with Faculties and Divisions across the university and will apply sound judgement in decision making and provide expert advice to stakeholders on international risk
and Compliance. Your excellent communication skills will go hand in hand with your negotiation and influencing skills to build and nurture these strong connections to effectively communicate UOW's objectives.As the
Associate Director you will engage a holistic approach to lead, manage and develop a team of specialists who will be able to see and think beyond the current scope of the business to make a positive impact on the
